Today's workout, built from what you have.

Most mornings the hard part is deciding. Tell WodDrive the gear in front of you, how long you have, and what you want to train. It hands back a full session with a scaling line for every movement.

Saved posts and random apps give you a workout. This one fits the gear you have, free, with no account.

Equipment, time, focus. Then the work.

  1. 01

Tick your gear, pick your time and focus.

Tick what is in front of you, or nothing for bodyweight. Pick the minutes and one focus.

  2. 02

    Get the workout.

A format, a clock, and movements that use only what you ticked, each with a scaling line.

  3. 03

    Train, then keep the score.

The generator needs no account. Write the score on the whiteboard, or make a free account to save workouts and log scores.

What every workout comes with.

Warm-up, strength, the work, scaling, cooldown. Every workout also links the safety note.

  1. Before anything heavy

    Warm-up

Five or six minutes that match the day: the empty bar before barbell work, an easy jog before running.

Example 2 rounds: 10 air squats, 10 good mornings, 5 inchworms

  2. Land days only

    Strength

On land days, a short strength piece before the work. Sets, reps and rest, written out.

    Example Push press: 5 x 5, rest 2:00

  3. The scored part

    The work

AMRAP, EMOM, for time, or intervals, with a clock and a score you can log.

Example AMRAP 20:00: 10 deadlifts, 15 cal row, 10 burpees over the bar

  4. One line per movement

    Scaling

Each movement gets its own line: a lighter load, a shorter distance, or an easier version.

Example Pull-up: banded, or jumping with a slow lower

  5. Last thing you do

    Cooldown

Walking and stretching, so tomorrow starts from somewhere decent.

Example 2 min walk, then couch stretch, pigeon, child's pose

From athletes

Athletes who stopped deciding.

  • I train at 5:30 before work with a barbell, a rower and one kettlebell. I used to spend ten minutes deciding. Now I tick what is in the garage, pick 20 minutes, and start. I use the scaling line on the deadlifts more than I like to admit.

Jess M., garage gym athlete, Tucson

  • My gym is packed at lunch, so I leave the barbell off and pick dumbbells and a box. I get 30 minutes I can do in one corner, and I write the score down.

Tom R., commercial gym member, Columbus

  • I used the free generator for two years. When my squat stopped moving I signed up for coaching. My coach asked what was in my garage before she wrote a thing, and the next week changes from my Sunday check-in.

Coaching

A coach who writes your plan.

When random days stop working, a coach writes your plan from your goals, schedule, and equipment. You check in every week and message your coach between sessions. $179 a month, billed monthly, cancel from your account.

A coach with arms folded watches an athlete set up a deadlift in a garage gym, the roll-up door open behind them.
Setup first. Then the pull.

The weekly loop

  1. Sunday

You check in: sessions done, scores, sleep, anything that hurt.

  2. Monday

Your coach posts the week, written for your gear and your schedule.

  3. Through the week

Train, log scores, and message your coach when a question comes up.

  4. Next Sunday

Check in again. The next week changes from what you told them.

FAQ

Questions before you start.

Something else? Call (888) 338-9241 or email support@woddrive.com.

Is the generator really free?

Yes, and it needs no account, ever. A free account only adds saving and score logging.

Is coaching a template with my name on it?

No. Your coach writes it from your goals, schedule, and equipment, and changes the next week from your check-in.

Am I locked in?

No. Coaching is $179 a month, billed monthly. Cancel from your account any month. No contract, no phone call.

Will it fit my gear?

The generator uses only what you tick; tick nothing and you get bodyweight work. A coach asks about your gear before writing anything.

Can I do it safely?

Every workout carries scaling and the safety note. It is general fitness information, not medical advice. Scale it or stop if something hurts.

What do AMRAP, EMOM and for time mean?

AMRAP: as many rounds as possible in the time. EMOM: one movement at the top of every minute. For time: set rounds, fast, under a cap. Each workout says what score to log.
